Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Voidkey purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person you have designated, receives the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right, contact us at filipzdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Examining the Product

You have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its characteristics, functionality and condition, similar to how you would be able to examine a product in a physical store.

Opening or removing the product packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

However, if the product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine it, you may be responsible for any reduction in the product's value, where permitted by applicable law.

For example, excessive use, damage, or other handling that goes beyond what is necessary to examine the product may result in a deduction from the refund.

Returning Your Order

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the goods should be returned without undue delay and generally within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law.

Please make sure the product is packaged securely to prevent damage during the return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, or receive sufficient evidence that you have sent it back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

We will refund the payments we are legally required to refund, including applicable standard delivery charges. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are generally not refundable where permitted by law.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at filipzdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

You will not be responsible for return costs resulting from a product being defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, where applicable.
